At Skin Appeal, we take pride in the quality of our handmade, natural soaps. Due to the personal nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns of used or opened items for hygiene reasons. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the item. We will validate and ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

Unopened Items: You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
